Points positifs : La qualité de la literie, la lumière et l'emplacement, vue sur le port.

Points négatifs : Le bruit de la terrasse du café en-dessous

Points positifs : L emplacement et la vue sont exceptionnels. Les équipements sont parfaits et la literie très confortable. La communication est excellente.

Points négatifs : Malheureusement le bruit le soir dû à son emplacement près des bars et restaurants et le nettoyage de la rue tôt le matin.

Plein centre au cœur de la ville.

Points positifs : En plein centre-ville sur le vieux port, la vue et toutes les activités à proximité. Sachez tout de même que l’appartement est au dessus des restaurants, ne soyez pas sensibles au bruit et à la vie active en soirée. Plus de bruit à partir de minuit. Poubelles le matin (le mardi c’est la ramasse des bouteilles en verre dès 6 heures 😀)

Points négatifs : Rien

Points positifs : Le logement est bien isolé au niveau sonore, très bien placé pour les francofolies. Très bien équipé. Literies très confortable.

Loved La Rochelle and I’d love to come back.

Points positifs : Great Location very central, in the heart of the Port, easy to find. Great view from all windows. Lovely, bright, clean, new apt with very comfy bed. Literally down stairs u have a choice of a huge number of restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, shops etc. Convenient for busses, boats, taxis. A 7 mins walk to Aquarium.

Points négatifs : Check in time of 4pm is quite late if this could be pushed back to even 3pm it would be great. It was a little noisy in the evenings. I liked the buzz but might not suit everyone. No excessive noise just the sound of lots of people talking.

Points positifs : One of the best thought out and well placed properties that I have ever stayed at anywhere. Great experience all around!

Points négatifs : Location is superb, but it does come with noticable levels of noise from the alley and the bars below.

A perfect opportunity to stay and reset the body and mind.

Points positifs : It would be difficult to overstate the joy of this location. situated as it is at the very heart of the old town overlooking the marina. The apartment has only just been refurbished and it was completed to a very high standard. Although the apartment is in a very busy area of the town the double glazing does a very reasonable job of limiting the noise. We stayed on a Saturday and Sunday night in mid July, so it was pretty busy. The sofa bed is a much more sophisticated solution than you typically find and is almost indistinguishable from a traditional bed. A curtain separates the living area from the sofa bed sleeping area proving more privacy than is generally found.

Points négatifs : It would be difficult to say that there was anything not to like. The shared areas of the building look a little tatty but since they are shared areas, it isn't reasonable to mark the property itself down for this.

Points positifs : Ein stylisches Apartment mit versteckten, sehr funktionalen Schränken, mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und dem besten Blick auf den Hafen - einfach wunderbar!! Durch die Restaurants und die Geschäftigkeit im Zentrum ist es laut, aber die Geräusche gehören zum Innenstadt leben dazu.
