Spacious cocoon with pool in La Rochelle

APPARTEMENT TRES AGRÉABLE.

Points positifs : Appartement spacieux et confortable doté d' une place de parking dédiée a l entrée de celui ci. Bel espace jardin extérieur amenage au calme pour profiter d un repas en extérieur ensolleille. Appartement très bien équipé en cuisine, tout confort dans une résidence sécurisée. Hotesse d' accueil très sympathique et disponible pour échange téléphonique de renseignements si besoin.

Points négatifs : La salle de bain est fonctionnelle mais mériterait une rénovation notamment de la baignoire ( robinetterie vieillissante et quelques salissures mur). Les draps et les kits serviette de toilette sont en option payante mais possibilité de porter ses propres kits..

Un séjour agreáble

Points positifs : Le jardin est vraimrnt relaxant et grand. Ensuite, la maison est très bien equipée et decorée. Nous avons adoré le sentiment d'espace qu'il y avait.

Points négatifs : Il y a beaucoup de fournis dans la cuisine. Un tableau n'était pas accroché correctement et a failli blesser la personne qui dormait dans le lit. Quelques pinces à linge seraient appréciées.

Superbe location

Points positifs : Un tres beau et grand jardin,, la cuisine tres bien équipée, une bonne literie pour les lits à deux personnes Les lits individuels sont moins confortables.

Points négatifs : La photo de la piscine ne reflete pas la réalité . C est une petite piscine Autre chose les mails avec des liens qui ne fonctionnent pas et plusieurs demandes de caution sont assez dérangeantes

Good value, spacious accommodation in La Rochelle.

Points positifs : The property is very spacious, with large private outdoor space, equipped with seating area and table & chairs. Beds were extremely comfortable. There are 2 showers and 2 toilets which is pretty handy. The kitchen was well stocked and the living area, airy, comfortable with smart tv in situ. The apartment is in a gated community so very safe.

Points négatifs : There is no air-con or fans available within the apartment so some may find that uncomfortable especially during the hot summer months. Bedding and towels need to be ordered in advance at an additional cost and beds are not made prior to your arrival. This in my experience is unusual. The bedding and towels were clean but pretty old and need replacing. A third party company is used by the owners to cover them in the event of any breakages and you have to sign up to this before the apartment is allocated (€250). I was sent numerous emails from this company, even receiving them during the night, with some emails asking me if I wanted to pay extra for insurance! Again this in my experience is unusual and a bit annoying.

Wonderful and really good value and a perfect base for families.

Points positifs : It was a good size with everything that you would want for a holiday. Easy to get to and a good base.

Points négatifs : The pool isn’t by the property (it isn’t far but it’s deceptive) and it’s down the drive a bit, and the pool is very cold. But on a hot day it’s fine.

Points positifs : Alles was aanwezig in het huis. En ook rustig. Toffe plek!
