Magnifique studio à Aytré

J’ai passé des vacances très agréables en profitant des alentours et de la plage.

Points positifs : Petit appartement parfait pour une personne ou un couple avec une terrasse très agréable. Il est très bien situé à 5mn de la plage, des commerces et de la gare. Je suis allée à La Rochelle en prenant le train c’est très pratique et pas cher. Je recommande ce logement

Une semaine parfaite

Points positifs : La terrasse absolument énorme 👍. Aucun vis à vis. J'ai laissé le canapé ouvert durant mon séjour : pas du tout à l'étroit et circulation fluide. Communication, accueil et départ : tout était parfait Valérie et sa maman sont des hôtes très accueillant

Séjour très agréable, ressourçant donnant vraiment envie de revenir.

Points positifs : L'accueil de Valérie, la réactivité lors de demandes particulières (merci pour l'intervention rapide du mari de Valérie), la situation et le calme de la résidence. Le studio en lui même est bien équipé, et la terrasse très agréable. La Rochelle se rejoint rapidement et il y a de jolis petits coins à découvrir dans les environs proches.

Points négatifs : Rien.

Points positifs : The location was good, not far from bus station and not in the center of the city, if you want to avoid the daily hustle. The host was very approcheable by msg on booking and answered within a good time period. The folding sofa when unfolded turns out into a confortable big enough bed (I'm tall, so I pay attenttion to that). All the kitchen cutlery and pans where available, even a boiler and coffee machine. In the cupboards I found cuisine paper, coffee, sugar, vineagre, olive and sunflower oil, salt pepper, so all I need. The toilet with duche was also very nice, with toilet paper and soap provided.

Points négatifs : The communication with the host did not feel natural, she did not speak basic English, her manners felt false, and she highlighted to me several times my duty of leaving the appartment clean and well-done without any need, honestly... Beyond that, she asked for 20 euros extra payment for towels & bed lining, while, I have understood from the info on the site that it would be provided... Moreover, I had a bit hard time to connect to the wi-fi, but, after connecting, the Internet was strong. A final detail I remember, the key did not always fit into the door lock to open the studio-appartment straight away, so don't panick if you're not able to open it from the first attempt :´/
